Food Combining = Optimal Digestion = Optimal Health

Hi and welcome as we continue our journey into obtaining optimal digestion, entering into the arena of food combining. If you want to feel better, if you want to tackle health issues, if you want to be helpful to your body, if you want to learn about body functions this article is for you. Think of your body as an intelligent fine tuned machine. I don't mean transhumanism or Transformers. A Rolls Royce for instance, requires high octane, premium fuel. If you use regular gasoline in this automobile, overtime engine and part failure will occur. You will discover automobile parts you never knew could exist. Not to mention the mechanic bills. It is the same with us. Food is likened to fuel, the building blocks of cells. Premium fuel for the body consist of 75% raw, properly combined food. No matter what new diet or new health fad there is, whether we eat organic food or junk substance, if we continuoulsy eat low grade fuel, we will most likely be going to the mechanic for more than just a tune up.


Food Combining consist of eating foods that digest well together and is a plate full of optimal digestion. The Standard American Diet, otherwise known as “SAD,” consists of improperly combined foods and usually comes with a side of antacids.

What is the Standard American Diet? A diet of refined carbs, improper food combining, fried trans fat, chemically induced, void of nutrition, taste good food. Where did the Standard American diet come from? As always in nefarious situations concerning our health, when we follow the money it leads us to the same corporations like Black Rock and Vanguard, owned by the same families like the Rockefellers, Rothchilds, and Morgans. Illness is a big business. The average cost of health care per person in 2020 was $13,000. The majority of this could be remedied.

The facts are that when we eat "SAD,"wether organic, healthy food or not, digestive enzymes clash, digestion times conflict, food sits in the stomach and rots, putrefies, and ferments. This creates an acidic environment which becomes a breeding, feeding and dumping ground for harmful parasites and bacteria. 9/10 of the time, indigestion, bloating, headaches, flatulence, inflammation of all types including cancer are the by product of improperly combined food and the dismissal of other biological and physiological digestive functions.

SAD foods are usually loaded with toxic additives made in a laboratory. It doesn't matter box, can, jar, bottle or wrapped foods, the majority of SAD food consist of additives that would make you puke if you actually knew where they originated. A topic for a different time. Back to food combining. Some common food combining blunders: Fruit Bowl Salad of melon, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple. Pizza, consisting of bread, tomato sauce, and cheese. A steak dinner served with a baked potato, butter and sour cream. Cheeseburger and french fries. I know, I can hear it now, i've been eating this way my whole life! Jeez, when I was in the hospital they served me pizza and applesauce! Everyone eats this way!

Sorry, I wish it weren't so, but it doesn't negate natural biology.


Food Combining

Food Combining is based on the biology and physiology of the human digestive system. It is the interaction of digestive enzymes with food enzymes, digestive times, and body rhythms to achieve healthy gut flora and optimal digestion. Enzymes are protein chemicals, biological catalysts, which carry a vital energy factor necessary for every chemical action and reaction that occurs in our body. There are approximately 1,300 different enzymes found in the human cell. Naturally our bodies produce both digestive and metabolic enzymes, as needed.

  • ALL FOODS created in nature produce specific enzymes that assist in the break down of those foods into nutrients that provide fuel for the body.

  • ALL FOODS created in nature consist of proteins, starch/carbohydrates, sugars, fat, minerals, and vitamins.

  • ALL FOODS do not have the same enzymatic equation or makeup. For instance, one food may have more proteins than starch.

Biogenic food, raw fruits, and vegetables, grown in nutrient-rich soil or in a tower garden, already contain enzymes necessary for the body to digest the plant's proteins and carbohydrates. Foods that contain the most natural digestive enzymes when eaten raw include pineapples, papayas, mangoes, honey, banana, avocados, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, kiwifruit, and ginger.

Food properly combined lifts the burden of digestion, gives the body more energy to repair and heal itself. White blood cells stay where most needed rather than leaving to help an acidic mess in the gut. The body will shift to its innate size, you'll have more energy, clarity of thinking, and reduction of inflammation. If you are already in a state of dis-ease, I can't stress enough the importance of practicing food combining. It will help tremendously. Also ivermectin couldn't hurt.

Basic 101 Food Combining Rules

Do not mix starch with protein

Do not mix starch with fruit

Do not mix fat with protein

Use fats sparingly

Eat melon alone

Unlike a diet where you give your favorite foods up, in food combining, excluding junk substance, you change how you eat your favorite food. Make a fruit salad without melon. Or have a melon only fruit bowl. Instead of chicken fried rice make chicken fried quinoa or just have vegetable fried rice. If you want lasagna, replace the lasagna noodle with zucchini slices. Instead of a cheeseburger, try a large portabella mushroom with cheese and fix-ins on a bun with french fries. There are a lot of very tasty, healthy, properly combined food to enjoy.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

I've been blessed to have learned from the best. For 25 years, I've practiced and shared the value of food combining. Do I 100% of the time adhere to these principles? Ask my family, I'd never turn down my grandmas spaghetti dinner, my niece's mac and cheese or my sister's cheesecake! We live under grace and not the law.

The first thing I ask my clients and those interested in food combining is what foods do you like and what don't you like? Enjoyable meals are made by taking the foods we like and applying the principles of food combining. The Food Combining Wheels pictured below were designed by me to help have a detailed list of foods under each food category and know which foods combine with each other. These wheels are laminated and fit in the cup of your hand. No matter where you're at, the grocery store, out to eat or making food at home, food combining becomes convenient.
